Mortgage Payment Coverage — Terms & Disclosures

1) Eligibility

  • Homeowner with a mortgage balance of $100,000+ and at least four (4) other debts totaling $25,000+.
  • Current on all payments and able to complete a brief online meeting.
  • Offer window: available for the next 30 days or first 100 clients (whichever comes first).

2) How to Qualify

  • Submit the online form and complete the brief online meeting so your numbers can be run live.
  • Coverage is offered only when the analysis shows projected interest savings under $50,000 on your current debt profile.
  • Basic account/loan information may be requested to verify eligibility.

3) What the Coverage Pays

  • The lesser of (i) your next scheduled mortgage payment and (ii) the stated dollar cap disclosed during scheduling.
  • Applies to the next regular scheduled payment date after eligibility is confirmed.
  • Excludes late fees, past-due amounts, escrow shortages/adjustments, payoff amounts, or other non-regular charges.

4) Timing & Method

  • Eligibility is confirmed during/after the online meeting.
  • Payment method and delivery timeline are disclosed during scheduling (e.g., direct payment to servicer or reimbursement upon proof of payment).

5) Important Disclosures

  • This coverage offer is independent of any decision to enroll in third-party services; enrollment is optional.
  • “Effective interest rate” refers to an APR-equivalent outcome from accelerated payoff; your loan APR/terms do not change and no refinance is required.
  • Individual results vary based on balances, APRs/terms, fees, payment behavior, and timing.
  • If you choose to enroll in third-party services to guarantee savings, enrollment includes a one-time enrollment fee and a monthly maintenance fee. Fees are set at the discretion of the independent service provider, vary by plan scope (e.g., number of debts, balances, expected plan duration), and are disclosed before enrollment. The provider does not take custody of client funds.
  • Program services (if elected) are provided by an independent third-party provider.

6) Other Conditions

  • Non-transferable; limit one coverage payment per household per offer window.
  • This is not a mortgage offer or advertisement for credit.
